But first you to have to be aware that you are having stress before you can actually be looking for ways to relieve stress. So what are the symptoms of stress? The feeling of stress happens when your brain keeps thinking about the same things and repeat them over and over for an extended period of time.
For example, you are thinking about a problem at work that you need to solve, but you do not have the solution at the moment. The thought about the problem keeps popping up in your mind like a movie that repeats itself over and over. You want to stop thinking about it but you cannot. If we observe rain and wind, they kind of happen by themself as a natural process of life and nature. We cannot stop them even if we want to. They happen because the time and condition are right for them. However, once they happened they are gone naturally and they will come back when the time and condition are right for them to come into existence again. Is that similar to our feeling and energy? They come and go. We really don’t have much power to force them to stop even if we want to.
